After 30+ years of collecting I have decided to sell some of my more unusual and hard to find pieces. Here is a 45 that is just never seen in it's original form. It is on Lessie 0099 and is the great doo wop 2 sider of De Jan & the Elgins with That's My Girl/Reality. Vinyl is full gloss with virtually no play wear. There is a small scratch or two on the A side and a resulting few ticks, which are not at all distracting to the sound quality. The B side is mostly more of light scuffs and a few small pops. Over all an impossible record to find except as a colored vinyl reproduction, all of which say Promotional Copy along the bottom of the label, which this does not. Labels are VG+ with very faint stack or rub wear and a few very very light stains on the A side, the B side label showing a few stains but nothing overly distracting. The trail out is hand etched W0099-A/W0099-B and that is the only marking in the lead out. Record plays super and you would be hard pressed to find another original in any condition as only approximately 2 copies are known to exist, not including this one. Overall very nice with virtually No play wear, great fidelity and now writing on the labels. I have play graded this and all of my listed records on high end, high wattage equipment and it does not lie about the quality of the sound. This is a solid piece of vinyl and will only appreciate as the years pass. Depending on your reference the list in the $10,000 range. This record has been reissued on Times Square records as well as the "replica" copies on Lessie. This original was purchased by me in a lot of mostly promotional copy 45's, all of which were from 1960 and 1961 and had been stored inside metal containers for many many years.
