Here is the fabulously rare and great Spades 45, from Austin, Texas. This is an original first pressing with C10002A in large letters, and TSS 651118 B in smaller letters scribed in the deadwax on the A side. The B side has C 10002B in large letters, and TSS 651119 A in smaller letters scribed in the deadwax. With Roky Ericson of the 13th Floor Elevators. Google his name for all the background info on this 45, if you don't know it. Silver labels with black print. The A side label has a bit of minor, faint ringwear, and faded intials in black marker. The B side label has a bit more ring wear, a very tiny tear, and a portion of the label the width of your little fingernail rolled back about 1/32 of an inch from the center hole edge. The vinyl is very glossy and bright, with a few scuffs and hairline marks.  There is a faint bit of groove wear on the A side. It was played a little more than the flip. The record plays quite well, with excellent fidelity and strong presence. It plays quiet, with very, very minor background noise, typical of independent label pressings. An iconic garage 45, which hardly ever turns up in it's native Texas. Maybe once every 5 years, if that.
